Concierge Home Care in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to provide 1:1 in-home care with a flexible schedule and potential to earn $110,000 annually.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with physicians, using AI-assisted charting and EMR tools to maximize patient time. Health insurance starts after 30 days; PTO accrues from day one; flexible options FT/PRN/1099.

Formación

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
