KLA Industries is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Billings, MT. You will provide skilled PT services at patients' homes, build strong relationships, and help patients achieve greater independence with compassionate, personalized care.

Qualified candidates hold a Montana PT license, a DPT from an APTA-approved program, and CPR certification. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a doctor of physical therapy degree (APTA-approved).
• Current Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to a variety of injuries and conditions.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized programs with goals.
• Design rehab plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to update treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Communicate progress with patients, families, and the care team.
