Qualifikationen

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to update treatment plans.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team members about progress and care plans.
