You’ll use innovative technology and participate in a pioneering care model to support patients where they are most comfortable, with a focus on quality and compassionate outcomes. Qualified candidates hold a GA PT license, a relevant degree, and driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or Master’s degree.
• Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Current working knowledge of conditions of participation and home healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have current driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.

Responsabilidades
