Aspirus At Home in Medford, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our field team. This hourly role includes mileage reimbursement and a $20,000 sign-on bonus, with mentorship for new grads and an extended orientation/onboarding process.

The Physical Therapist provides PT to adult and geriatric patients in the Medford and Stanley areas, evaluating, planning treatment, delivering modalities, and educating patients and families. Wisconsin licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy required.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License.
• Auto liability insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL required.

Responsabilités

• Provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Medford/Stanley, WI.
• Evaluates, establishes treatment plans and goals; administers or supervises treatment modalities.
• Incorporates patient and family education; documents all care provided.
