  1. Conducting physical therapy evaluations and establishing care plans.
  2. Providing ongoing assessments, updating treatment plans, and reporting to physicians.
  3. Communicating with healthcare team and maintaining records according to guidelines.
  4. Managing caseloads, including scheduling, coverage, and patient advocacy.
  5. Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and participating in joint home visits.
