Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets.
• Active license in state of practice and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Establish goals and develop plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, patient, and family.
• Document services for accurate billing.
• Supervise assistants and aides as applicable.
