The Home Health Aide - Licensed CNA will provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and caring nature, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the patient's healthcare provider.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices such as walkers and wheelchairs.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas.
