Job summary
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team in Virginia. You will work under Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills through therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications
- Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with mobility and functional goals under supervision of PTs.
- Use physical modalities to improve mobility and self-care.
- Support daily living activities and independence.
