Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team, delivering patient-centered care in the home setting. Working under Physical Therapists, you will support mobility and activities of daily living using prescribed modalities and treatment plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate, in-home care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life for patients served by Enhabit.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients under the direction of Physical Therapists to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Utilize physical modalities and treatment plans to support independence in daily activities.
