Home Health - Physical Therapy Assistant - $1600/wk

Pride Health is hiring for a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Lake Oswego, OR. This is a 13-week contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

• The Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant assumes responsibility for delivering appropriate physical therapy services within an interdisciplinary framework, under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an Associate Degree - Required
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy - Required
• Proof of current CPR certification - Required
• Valid driver’s license - Required
• Reliable transportation and insurance - Required
• At least 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant - Required

Must Have:

• Homecare Homebase - 1+ years
• Home Health Care - 1+ years
• OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) - 1+ years

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Contract
• Schedule: 13 weeks
• Pay Range: $1600/wk
