Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Previous home health or outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits in the Bel Air, MD area.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient safety.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary home health team members to ensure continuity of care.
