Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across our coverage area. You will evaluate functional needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires a current PT license in Oklahoma, a minimum of 1 year in a healthcare setting, and the ability to travel within the branch area. Join a supportive team with generous benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility.

Mansioni

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes.
• Reviews patient needs and adjusts care plans for optimal outcomes.
