Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Muscle Shoals, Alabama is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, helping them regain mobility and independence in daily activities.

You will provide skilled care under the Branch Director, participate in Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip/Knee Replacement programs, and educate families and other health-care team members as part of the care plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Must have dependable transportation in good condition.
• Able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Physiotherapists assess and treat patients to improve mobility and daily living independence.
• Administer skilled care per physician orders and care plans under Branch Director supervision.
• Teach family and health care team members as part of the care process.
• Participate in Specialty Programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs.
