Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home patient care. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using therapeutic modalities, and develop plans to improve mobility, self-care, and daily living skills.

Under the supervision of the Branch Director, you will deliver skilled services per physician orders, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to support recovery

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using therapeutic modalities.
• Aid mobility, independence in self-care and daily living activities.
• Deliver skilled services per physician orders under Branch Director supervision.
• Educate families and health care team members on care plans and techniques.
