Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient’s function and therapy needs.
• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function.
• Document patient's progress and maintain care standards.
• Conduct field visits for patient care evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care continuity.
