VNA Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health visits in the Peabody and Lynnfield areas. This role is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, providing flexibility and support for new professionals.

While home health experience is not required, a commitment to patient care in their homes is essential. The position offers a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• License to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1-year physical therapy experience; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to drive within a territory and respond to varied patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Clinical Manager.
• Conduct home health visits in designated territories.
