Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality in-home care, enhancing mobility and independence for patients in their own homes.

You will provide skilled PT, coordinate with family and care teams, and participate in ongoing education and program initiatives. A valid license and reliable driving are required to serve our community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and function.
• Administer skilled physical therapy services according to physician orders and care plans.
• Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with the branch director and health care team to coordinate care.
