Job summary

Aleca Home Health in Washington state is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide patient‑centered care on a flexible, hourly basis. Deliver evaluation, planning and administration of PT modalities per physician orders, helping patients regain function while supporting overall care planning.

The role offers flexible hours (8–30 hours per week), no weekend shifts, and pay between USD 55 and USD 65 per hour, with a supportive team and EEO commitment.

Qualifications

• License as Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
• Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
• Participates with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.
