Alumus is hiring a Physical Therapist for home health in the Silverdale area of Washington. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
• Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
• Participates with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.

Qualifications

• Newly credentialed grads are welcome to apply. Must be a graduate of an approved educational program in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a valid state license.
• Must have the ability to interact well with patients, family members, physicians, supervisor and staff
