Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (TX)
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred
• Ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patient needs
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when educating patients

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting
• Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists
• Conduct home safety assessments and make recommendations to prevent falls or re-injury
• Deliver compassionate care while empowering patients to achieve greater independence

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated home health team in Huffman, TX. Requirements:
