PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Carrollton, TX. The PT will evaluate patients at home, develop personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Candidates should hold a TX license, have liability coverage, and possess a graduate degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in home health is preferred, with strong communication and adaptability to diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (TX).
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patient needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when educating and interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
