Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to mobility, endurance, pain, and medical conditions.
• Develop treatment plans, perform interventions, and evaluate patient progress.
• Assist physicians in developing therapy plans of care.
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
• Educate healthcare team members, patients, and families about care plans and progress.

Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in NJ
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
