Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapist to examine and treat patients at home, using physical modalities to improve mobility and independent self-care. You will work under the direction of the Branch Director and be part of specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention and joint replacement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Aim to improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living skills.
• Deliver skilled care per physician orders and plan of care under supervision of Branch Director.
• Participate in specialty programs like Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs.
