Job summary

VNA Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform home health visits for the Leominster/Fitchburg team, Monday–Friday 8a-4:30p. MA PT license and at least 1 year of PT experience required; home health experience preferred.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive within the territory. We offer an extensive orientation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment with supervision by a Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have good standing license (PT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1-year physical therapy experience, home health experience preferred.
• Must be willing to drive within a territory.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in patients' homes in a designated territory.
• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager.
