We are hiring for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to service our Home Health client needs!

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health assesses and evaluates patients' needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this, they develop treatment plans, perform interventions to improve patient well-being, and monitor progress.

  • Evaluate patients' functional status and therapy needs; assist physicians in developing the plan of care.
  • Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, restore or maintain function, following accepted standards.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about the plan of care, limitations, and progress.
Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy license in MA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
