Job summary

The Jewish Association on Aging in Pittsburgh is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health services. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, formulating care plans, and guiding patients and their families through therapeutic processes. Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using various tests and assessments.
• Develop and implement physical therapy plans with input from patients and families.
• Instruct patients and families on therapeutic programs and proper device usage.
• Complete all required documentation in electronic medical records.
