Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of OR to work in the specialty area of Home Health Care.

This is a contract position with a 5x8 Days schedule. The role carries responsibility to deliver skilled PT services in patients’ homes, adhering to clinical guidelines and documentation standards, while supporting the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent PT experience, specifically in Home Health Care.
• Active Physical Therapist license in OR or eligible for licensure.
