Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved physical therapy program.
• Licensed by the CA Board of Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current California driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• 1 year preferred experience as a physical therapist.
• Electronic medical record input experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients with impaired muscle, joint, and functional impairment.
• Adhere to physician orders and home health standards.
• Complete assessments and documentation as required.
