Job summary

Gold Standard Therapy Solutions is seeking licensed therapists to provide 45-minute in-home rehabilitation sessions on their own terms. As a therapist-owned team, you control your pay per visit, select territories, and design a flexible schedule with no minimums.

We provide a high-tech infrastructure and behind-the-scenes support, including a virtual assistant and faster charting, while you focus on delivering exceptional hands-on care.

Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License and at least 1 year of licensed experience.
• Ability to perform 45-minute in-home therapy sessions.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• TB clearance and business license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home rehabilitation treatments.
• Manage your own schedule and patient load.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication.

Requirements:

• Active CA Therapy License & 1+ years of licensed experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
