We are hiring for a Full Time Physical Therapist to help with our growing Home Health clientele! Coverage areas include Billerica, Concord, Carlisle, Chelmsford, and Bedford.

  • Salary based on full-time employment and maximum productivity, starting at $100k+ annually

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, the Physical Therapist develops a treatment plan, performs interventions to improve and enhance the patient's well-being, and evaluates progress.

  • Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs. Assists the physician in developing the therapy plan of care.
  • Observes and reports the patient's response to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
  • Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning following acceptable standards of practice.
  • Instructs and informs the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers about the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of MA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
