Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Support and assist patients in progressing their care to achieve optimal involvement and independence in the least restrictive environment.
• Ensure the safe and high-quality delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Provide services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, supporting the mission of the agency.

Qualifications

About You:

• You are a graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
