Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve adults and seniors in their homes in Falmouth, Bourne and surrounding towns. You will work with a Physical Therapist to deliver therapy, perform tests, educate clients and implement interventions in a home-care setting.

Current MA PTA license and at least one year of PTA experience under supervision are required. BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base pay for this role.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PTA license required.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience under supervision.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being in their homes, including documentation and reporting to the supervising PT.

Working collaboratively with a Physical Therapist, you will provide therapy to an adult and geriatric population in their homes in Falmouth, Bourne and surrounding towns. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required. As a home care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being by providing treatment, tests, client education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Requirements for this Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Include:

• Have a current Massachusetts PTA license
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
