Job summary

Remedy Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in the East LA Territory, covering Downey and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one in-home therapy to improve rehabilitation outcomes and independence for senior patients.

Your Role as a Home Health PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in home health, you will deliver skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on rehabilitation, fall prevention, and functional mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services following the established Plan of Care
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
• Support senior care patients in improving strength, balance, and independence
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
