Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Montandon, PA. The position involves 40 hours per week, a standard 8-hour shift, and staff employment.

You will collaborate within Residential Home Health and Hospice teams to plan, manage, and deliver patient care plans in Lycoming County and surrounding areas. Eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state you will work in.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Skills to self-manage time and schedule.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
