BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home PT services in Millsboro, Delaware. This full-time role includes 25 visits per week, Monday–Friday, with Per Diem options in the Southern Sussex county area.

You must hold a Delaware license, bring patient-centered care, and enjoy BAYADA's focus on growth, flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a collaborative, supportive team.

Bayhealth by BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT, for a full time opportunity performing home health visits to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout the Southern Sussex county area.

Available PT Shifts:

• Full Time: 25 visits per week M-F

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to provide comprehensive care and achieve the best possible results.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with BAYADA policies and regulatory requirements.
• Professional Development: Take advantage of ongoing training and leadership opportunities, with a clear path to advancing your career within BAYADA.

Qualifications:

• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware.
• At least one year of experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
