BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care in Avalon, New Jersey. This staff, full-time role offers autonomy to design your schedule and deliver care in patients' homes, with a focus on meaningful rehabilitation.

You’ll visit adult and geriatric clients, create and implement individualized plans, and document visits using a tablet. This position supports professional growth and home health expertise within BAYADA.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$62.00 - $70.00 per point
