Home Health: Physical Therapist - $5000 Sign on Bonus! (North Central)

Position Overview:

• Implement standards of care for physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Adhere to all conditions outlined in the Service Agreement and comply with the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Location & Schedule:

• Service Area: North Central (Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Anoka, Coon Rapids, Oak Grove & surrounding)
• Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with weekend rotation every 10 weeks.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage Range: $91,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.67 per mile.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist; community/home health experience preferred.
