We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life in a comfortable, familiar environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions.
• Provide a supportive and encouraging environment to motivate patients toward their goals.

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem
• Pay: $70.00 - $130.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
