About the Role

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our Pacific County team to provide the excellent patient care that Harbors is known for. We seek a team member who is confident in their abilities and passionate about supporting our community. Providing patient care in home health gives you the autonomy to exercise your skills and develop the best care plan for the patient.

This role offers the opportunity for one-on-one care in an old‑fashioned supportive environment. You will have the ability to spend one on one time with your patients.
