Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one rehab services in patients’ homes. You will evaluate mobility, develop care plans based on evidence, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence.
