MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Texas is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one therapy in children's homes, daycares, and schools. You will deliver individualized treatment, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• One year of experience preferred; pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required.
