Job summary

The Pennant Group through Columbia River Home Health in Walla Walla, WA, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a compassionate home health team. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours, with no nights or weekends, and the opportunity to provide skilled in-home therapy.

Candidates should hold Washington State OT licensure (or be eligible) with 1–2 years of OT experience; CPR current; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State (or able to obtain before start date).
• One to two years of experience in occupational therapy; home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs.
