Job summary

PARS Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Bastrop, TX. You will partner with patients on recovery, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in their own homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating plans, implementing therapy, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered services that promote wellness and function.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
