Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Bandera, TX. You will partner with patients to restore mobility and independence, delivering hands-on, evidence-based care in the comfort of patients' homes.

You will evaluate conditions, create plans, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support. Prior home health experience is preferred, and compassionate patient interaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required.
• Professional liability insurance for TX required.
• Graduate degree or higher in OT from an accredited program.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse patients.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of evidence‑based treatment practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques for independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for holistic treatment.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
