Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Helena, MT is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health services 24 hours per week over four days. You will assess patients, develop daily living skills, and implement plans of care under physician orders.

The role requires a licensed OT in Montana with a state license; Medicare home health experience is preferred. Opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred; depending on regional leadership approval may be considered with related prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Develop daily living skills and basic motor functions.
• Teach families and care teams to support patient independence.
• Administer care under physicians' orders and established plan of care.
• Coordinate with branch leadership and schedule (part-time, 24 hours/week over 4 days).
• Support the 60% paid days off program where applicable.
