Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, improving safety and independence. You will assess environments, modify tasks, and utilize adaptive equipment to enhance daily living and participation in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Current State OT license in good standing.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR; TB screen; hepatitis consent/declination on file.
• Two years’ experience as an OT in acute or rehab settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based OT care to patients in their homes.
• Assess home environments and modify tasks/equipment to improve participation.
• Promote safe, independent living and activities of daily living.
