Ideal candidates have at least 1 year OT experience or are open to entry-level applicants, CA OT license, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation. Compensation starts at $109,000 yearly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train patients or caregivers in activities of daily living (self-care, dressing, toileting, bathing).
• Incorporate home-based equipment and adaptive techniques.
• Support community reintegration and engagement in leisure-related activities.
• Deliver care across home settings within designated areas (Area #4 and Area #5).
• Participate in on-site visits and provide patient education.
