Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health in Scottsburg, Madison, and Charlestown, Indiana. Positions offered as Part-time, Full-time, or PRN, with truly flexible scheduling and daily pay options.

You’ll provide individualized therapy in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence and daily living skills. Required are a Bachelor's and a Master's in Occupational Therapy, an active OT license in Indiana, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid, reliable transportation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current unrestricted OT license in the applicable state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience in home health or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized therapy programs in home health.
• Teach patients and families rehab techniques and adaptive equipment use.
• Record and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plan.
