Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Home Health to assess and address patients' functional status, ADLs, and home-based therapy needs. You will help determine treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor patient progress within a supportive clinician team.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and OT licensure; CPR and driver license are required.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (biology, psychology, or health sciences).
• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
